Kernel's BDRs were spending 60% of their week qualifying inbound leads that mostly weren't a fit. The CRM was siloed from the product, and the marketing site — a legacy WordPress build — couldn't ship a landing page without engineering involvement.

  1. 01Designed a lead-scoring pipeline that pulls firmographic data (Clearbit, Apollo), enriches against product signals, and routes only qualified leads to BDRs.
  2. 02Built an n8n-driven outbound enrichment loop that triages 800+ weekly form submissions in under 60 seconds.
  3. 03Rebuilt the marketing site on Next.js with a typed CMS and a modular landing-page system the growth team owns end-to-end.
  4. 04Wired Google Ads to the new scoring model — bidding optimizes against qualified pipeline, not raw lead volume.
